About Me
I’m a certified and accredited hypnotherapist, coach, and holistic practitioner, passionate about helping people release old patterns, step into their power, and live with more freedom, clarity, and self-love.
As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I know firsthand that there is no “one-size-fits-all” path to healing. For much of my life, I also carried the feeling that I was “different” or that something was “wrong” with me.
Receiving my ADHD diagnosis brought clarity and self-understanding. At first, I felt shame–fearing it might mean I couldn’t pursue the work I love. But with time, I came to see it as one of my greatest strengths. My neurodivergence gives me a unique perspective, deep intuition, and creativity, all of which enrich the way I work with clients.
Living with a neurodivergent brain has taught me the importance of creativity, flexibility, and tailoring tools to the individual rather than forcing people into rigid boxes.
Alongside my therapy work I love to write and sing, I love nature and spend much of my time working on my conservation and re-wilding project out in the jungle of Costa Rica. I also have a little rescue dog called Chicken who is the love of my life.

My Story
My journey into healing began through my own exploration of transformation, self-discovery, and creative expression. Fascinated by the human mind, I began studying Psychology & Sociology at 18 and later trained in holistic practices. At the same time, I worked as a model, a career that offered incredible opportunities but also exposed me to intense lifestyles, burnout, and struggles with drugs and alcohol. Behind the glamour, I often felt disconnected, searching for meaning and stability.
In my early twenties, I found myself in toxic relationships, facing gaslighting, emotional abuse, and betrayal. By 25, I experienced a partnership that became sexually and physically abusive. Around this time, I also came out as queer, only to be met with rejection from some people in my life. Like so many others, I struggled to accept myself fully and to love authentically.
These experiences became turning points. They shaped me into who I am today and allow me to hold space with deep empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I know how vital it is to feel safe, seen, and understood, and I bring that intention into every session.
Healing has never been linear–it has been messy, raw, and deeply human. That is the lens I bring to my practice. I believe transformation is born from self-awareness, courage, and being truly witnessed without judgment. My purpose is to guide others in reclaiming their voice, their power, and their connection to themselves.
I am here for you.
