Coaching is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. Blending holistic health, using food as medicine, somatic exercises, counseling, therapeutic tools, and practical strategy, my sessions are crafted to meet you exactly where you are.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Connect & Explore
We begin with a conversation and intake to get to know each other. In our first session you share your story, goals, and challenges. This is a safe, confidential space to share what’s on your mind and what you’d like to shift or create.
2. Clarity
Together, we uncover what truly matters to you, explore what’s been holding you back, and dive into making a plan that feels aligned and sustainable. Each session blends therapeutic tools, mindset work, and practical steps tailored to your needs.
3. Integration & Transformation
With ongoing guidance, accountability, and support, you put your insights into practice. We celebrate your wins, navigate obstacles, and create lasting changes so you feel more grounded, confident, and free in every area of your life.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Blending CBT, NLP, and Hypnosis, my sessions are designed for those seeking freedom from old patterns, relief from stress, and a deeper sense of clarity and confidence.
What makes hypnosis so transformational is that it works directly with the subconscious mind — the place where habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns are stored. Backed by decades of research and hundreds of success stories, hypnosis is truly a magical tool for rapid change and transformation.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Deepening
We begin by gently guiding you into a calm, focused state of hypnosis, essentially a very deep level of relaxation, guided by my voice. We bypass the conscious critical mind gently by easing into a deeply relaxing space. Your mind is relaxed yet alert, and more open to insight and change. You remain aware the entire time.
2. Regression & Root Cause
Together we explore your subconscious, uncovering the root causes of patterns, beliefs, or behaviours that no longer serve you. This part is about awareness, release, and self-understanding at the deepest level. We work to explore the past issues that are stored in the subconcious, this is incredibly beautiful and often life changing to explore.
3. Transformation & Recording
We then create a powerful new framework, planting positive suggestions and supportive beliefs to replace the old patterns. You’ll leave feeling empowered, aware, and with a new level of understanding for yourself. You also are given a personalised guided hypnosis recording, designed for you to listen to daily for 30 days, reinforcing the transformation and embedding lasting change.

REIKI
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based therapy that promotes deep relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. By channeling universal life force energy, Reiki supports your body’s natural ability to heal, reduces stress, and helps release emotional or energetic blockages.
Sessions are deeply calming, allowing you to restore harmony in mind, body, and spirit, and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more connected to yourself.
